Red Clay Bulldogs' Bio:

We are a small hobby breeder that specialize in raising Healthy Well tempered family Companions. We love Olde English Bulldogs for their protection ability and family loyalty. My family has been Breeding Dogs for over 20 years. My experience with breeding dogs consists of English Bulldogs, Olde English Bulldogs and 100% Johnson American Bulldogs.

Here at Red Clay Bulldogs, We strive to raise and breed Family Companion Bulldogs that will protect and serve when called upon. Our Bulldogs are exercised on a daily basis, which stimulates their physical well-being as well as their mental well-being. Red Clay Bulldogs only use and Breed Healthy well-tempered Specimens. We do not short cut our ability to achieve and create what the Breed Standard exemplifies.

Each Bulldog is well socialized on a daily basis with constant obedience training and care. If you are looking for an exceptional canine companion, confident, stable, trustworthy, a dog that will always be by your side to protect you, your family and your property, we will be more than happy to offer you guidance, support, and training from your dog's puppy hood into maturity.

Our goal is to breed a healthy Bulldog.  We are not intending to breed English Bulldogs.  Our dogs are Olde English Bulldogs that are able to Run in the Sun, Run and play rough with larger dogs.  The females are able to deliver their litters on their own without assistance from any Vet.  Overall, our Bulldogs are true to form wih the phenotype of a true Bulldog.  

General Description :

  The ideal Olde English Bulldogge is a loyal, courageous dog of medium size with a large powerful head and stout muscular body.

Olde English Bulldogges are athletic and most importantly of very good health, males are free breeders and females are free whelpers. 

The Olde English Bulldogge is devoid of all breathing issues and is capable of enjoying outdoor activity without concern except in extreme heat or cold. 

The temperament is very stable and trustworthy making them a loyal companion, capable protector and the ultimate family member. 

 Olde English Bulldogges thrive on pleasing their owners and are very trainable.

Their lifespan is between 10 and 14 years.

Olde English Bulldogges are a separate breed from the English Bulldog.

They're taller, more athletic, healthier, a lot more responsive, and have a kinder disposition. This new breed can now breathe freely.  The modern Olde English Bulldogge is a reconstruction of the original Olde Bulldogge of the 17th and 18th century. Various genetic crosses have been used in carefully and thoughtfully planned breeding programs to obtain this goal. The foundation of most of today's Olde English Bulldogges can be traced to English Bulldog, American Bulldog and Mastiff.
